Please consider this a special invitation to become a (non-fish) vendor at our 16th annual Texas Koi & Fancy Goldfish Show. This year's show will be October 11-12, 2008 with vendor set up after 1:00pm on Oct. 10 or early am on Oct. 11.  The show location is at Water Garden Gems, which is in Marion, Texas and just a few miles east of San Antonio on  IH-10. I have attached a vendor registration form with additional details in this packet. We would like to be able to include your name in all our early program and brochure mailings. We have sold completely out of vendor spaces by early September the past several years. Sorry, we cannot hold space more than 7 days unless we receive payment in full. Sorry but our policy with fish vendors is by special invitation only!  At this time all our fish vendor spaces are sold out.

The vendor set up will include a 6' table and two chairs in approximately a 10'X 10' space. Cost will be $175 per space. Additional tables, electrical hookups, equipment, etc. are available on a 1st come/1st serve premise. A breakdown of the costs and services are listed on the attached vendor registration form. There will be very easy and open access between the show & vendor areas. Please make your check payable to TKFGS and mail to TKFGS, 15514 Elm Park, San Antonio, TX 78247

Discounts for multiple spaces. Additional tables, electrical hookups, equipment, etc. are available at an additional cost. A breakdown of the costs and services are listed on the attached vendor registration form. There will be very easy and close access between the show & vendor tent areas. Please fill out the attached vendor registration form and include your check payable to TKFGS and mail to TKGFS, 15514 Elm Park, San Antonio, TX 78247. 

In the event you are unable to be a vendor at our show this year but would like to advertise your business please see the attached information. Consider advertising your products or services by donating products or services to our show raffles, placing an ad in our show program, or sponsor some of our show trophies. We are sure there is a program just right for your business. We are very excited about the tremendous growth of our show and being able to attract expert vendors like you from across the country. SHOW VENDORS' REGISTRATION FORM

The standard vendor set up will include a 6' table and two chairs in a 10' X 10' space. The standard fish vendor set up will include a six foot koi tank, air, tank cover netting, one 6' table and two chairs in a 10' X 10' space. We are able to accommodate about 24 spaces. Fish vendors are permitted by invitation only and are sold out for this year’s event. Cost will be $175 for one space or $325 for two spaces. Additional tables, equipment, electrical hookups, etc. are available on a 1st come basis. Please fill out and return the following at your earliest convenience.

The Texas Koi & Fancy Goldfish Society – Annual Show

Presents 5 Promotion Opportunities for Your Business

 The Texas Koi & Fancy Goldfish Society will be holding it’s annual Koi & Goldfish Show  at Water Garden Gems which is just east of Loop 1604 outside of San Antonio on I.H.10 between exits 593 and 595. Our show attracts several thousand Koi, Goldfish, and pond hobbyists from all over Texas and in past years we also had visitors from Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Florida, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Georgia, and Colorado.  

st be one of our SHOW EXHIBITORS. We have booth spaces available in our show tent for vendors to sell their products. Booth spaces are 10’ X 10’. We will include a table and two chairs. Space is limited so please reserve you space early.  Please, see attachments for additional information on exhibitor setups.  

nd make a donation to our SHOW RAFFLES. If you would be willing to donate a product or service with a value of $100 or more it will be placed in our special $5 raffle conducted on Sunday afternoon. Donated items valued at less than $100 will be placed in our regular 1$ raffle which will be drawn hourly throughout the two day event. Your name will displayed on our raffle signs and also in our show program and show mailers. th become a show sponsor and place your company logo on our show t-shirts. You can buy the entire back of the show t-shirt with your full size 3 color sales ad for only $600.  Buy a sleeve sized ad for only $200.
