2009 Koi Person of The Year |

We would like to congratulate Jason and May Wong for being named the Texas Koi & Fancy Gold Fish Society 2009 AKCA Koi Person of the Year. The vote at our February meeting was a unanimous and how could it have been anything else?
May and Jason have been tireless in their efforts on the club's behalf throughout the year. Jason is a KHA and is always available to help his fellow club members with their koi. He is also a member of the world famous Texas Koi Wranglers and his assistance with benching at our shows as well as setup and breakdown is greatly appreciated.
May is invaluable at our club show running the computer and keeping all the scores straight. She is right there helping with setup and breakdown as well. I know we couldn’t do it without her. I would be remiss in not mentioning what a perfect hostess she is when she lets the club invade her home.
May and Jason's pond also won 3rd place in the KoiUSA 2009 Pond Contest.
